Process Fluid Membrane Separation
40 m³/h Integrated Membrane Processing for Inulin Extract
This 40 m³/h project processes chicory and Jerusalem artichoke extracts. Tubular UF clarifies the extract. NF separates salts and monosaccharides while concentrating inulin; a separate high-pressure RO stage concentrates the monosaccharide branch.
This reference is for comparison; a new duty requires its own engineering validation.

400 m³/d Integrated Membrane Processing for Xylo-Oligosaccharides
This 400 m³/d project processes enzymatic extract from steam-exploded corn cobs. The membrane system supports xylo-oligosaccharide production. Tubular UF removes proteins, starch and pectin; other stages provide NF desalting and monosaccharide separation, UF decolorization and high-pressure RO concentration of the monosaccharide stream.
This reference is for comparison; a new duty requires its own engineering validation.

2,400 m³/d Tubular Membrane Clarification for Xylo-Oligosaccharides
This 2,400 m³/d project processes xylo-oligosaccharide extract obtained by enzymatic treatment of corn stalks. This case covers tubular membrane clarification of the extract before downstream UF, NF and refining. The recorded equipment scope for this case is the PEK tubular membrane system.
This reference is for comparison; a new duty requires its own engineering validation.

Process Fluid Membrane Separation
100 m³/d p-Hydroxyphenylglycine Membrane Purification
This 100 m³/d project processes p-hydroxyphenylglycine process liquor. Tubular UF separates cells, proteins and other impurities. Downstream NF provides decolorization and purification before further refining.
This reference is for comparison; a new duty requires its own engineering validation.

500 m³/d Sodium Gulonate Fermentation Broth Clarification
This 500 m³/d project processes sodium gulonate fermentation broth from vitamin C production. Tubular membranes separate cells, suspended solids and macromolecular proteins, providing clarified liquor for the subsequent purification stages.
This reference is for comparison; a new duty requires its own engineering validation.

1,300 m³/d L-Alanine Fermentation Broth Membrane Purification
This 1,300 m³/d project processes L-alanine fermentation broth. Tubular UF separates cells and macromolecular impurities. NF then provides decolorization and purification before downstream evaporation and crystallization.
This reference is for comparison; a new duty requires its own engineering validation.
