500 L/h Lithium-Extraction Membrane Separation and Concentration Pilot

This 500 L/h pilot platform evaluates salt-lake brine and lithium-bearing ore-leach liquor. PEK tubular membranes, resin adsorption, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis are combined to validate clarification, selective separation and concentration.

Project overview

This 500 L/h pilot platform evaluates salt-lake brine and lithium-bearing ore-leach liquor. PEK tubular membranes, resin adsorption, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis are combined to validate clarification, selective separation and concentration.

Process route

Conditioning, softening and PEK clarification combined with resin adsorption, NF salt separation, RO concentration and downstream lithium-recovery stages

Process roles

Tubular membranes provide solid-liquid separation; adsorption and NF perform the corresponding selective-separation duties, and RO provides concentration and water recovery. The platform interfaces these membrane stages with downstream lithium precipitation and mother-liquor treatment for scale-up evaluation.
