CONTACT / PROJECT INTAKE
Contact Plum: Submit Project Details for an Initial Engineering Review
Whether you are evaluating tubular membrane modules, an application-specific process solution, an industrial wastewater route, or process-fluid sample testing, provide the actual feed, scale, existing process, and intended endpoint wherever possible. Plum will use that context to determine whether the next step is additional data, membrane screening, sample validation, pilot work, or an engineering proposal.

01 / INQUIRY ROUTES
Choose the closest inquiry route
The category is used for internal routing only. For projects covering several membrane sections, select the main issue and describe the complete context in the project notes.
Tubular membrane module selection
Cross-series screening for PVDF, PEK, separation grade, channel, and module configuration.
Process solutions & system scope
MBR, softening, suspended solids, heavy metals, oil removal, and clarification routes.
Industrial wastewater reuse & ZLD
Reuse, minimization, salt fractionation, concentration, and downstream evaporation or crystallization interfaces.
Process fluids & sample validation
Clarification, purification, fractionation, concentration, sample testing, and continuous pilot validation.
Technical document request
Controlled requests for product datasheets, brochures, and project-preparation documents.
Business cooperation & other inquiries
Cooperation with EPCs, design institutes, system integrators, channels, and other partners.
02 / PREPARATION
Complete project information leads to a more useful initial review
A complete design package is not required for first contact, but a flow rate alone or a one-line request for a membrane system is rarely sufficient.
Feed risk and operating window
Provide flow, temperature, pH, suspended solids, oil, viscosity, key contaminants, current filtration, CIP conditions, and downstream requirements.
Complete water analysis and final endpoints
Provide the water balance, complete ions and organics, existing process, reuse requirement, and concentrate, sludge, salt, or by-product endpoint.
Target components and product boundary
Provide target components, impurity profile, Brix or viscosity, temperature, pH, product specification, upstream and downstream operations, CIP, and available sample volume.
03 / PROJECT EVALUATION
Submit project details and supporting files to establish an engineering starting point
Plum will first review the project objective, feed, current process, and responsibility boundary, then determine whether the next step is direct selection, additional analysis, sample testing, pilot validation, or proposal development.
Do not submit unrelated sensitive personal information, passwords, or commercial account credentials.

05 / FAQ
Contact and initial-review questions
The first submission establishes an engineering discussion; it is not a quotation, schedule commitment, or performance guarantee.
Do I need a complete water or process-stream analysis for first contact?
No. At minimum, describe the source, scale, known components or risks, current process, and treatment or product objective. Plum will identify the critical missing information during the initial review.
When is sample testing or continuous pilot validation required?
Testing is commonly needed when composition is complex, target streams are selectivity-sensitive, membrane or cleaning boundaries are uncertain, or scale-up requires continuous operating evidence.
Can Plum issue an equipment quotation immediately after form submission?
A meaningful quotation requires a defined process route, design inputs, supply scope, and interface conditions. The initial review will determine whether the next step is direct selection, additional data, validation, or proposal development.
How will submitted project information be used?
Information and attachments are used to respond to the inquiry, conduct an initial project review, and support subsequent technical or commercial communication. See the Privacy and Project Data Notice for details.
