Privacy & Project Data Notice
This notice applies to contact information, project information, technical files, and other attachments submitted through Plum website inquiry forms.

Information we collect
Inquiry forms may collect company, contact name, email, country or region, industry, project scale, water or process-stream type, project objective, project notes, and attachments you choose to upload.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to identify the inquiry, respond to you, conduct an initial project review, determine additional data or validation needs, and support later technical and commercial communication when both parties continue the discussion.
Water, process-stream, and process files
Water analyses, SDS files, process diagrams, product specifications, and test records may contain project technical information. Submit only information you are authorized to provide, and remove unrelated personal data, passwords, and account credentials before uploading.
Retention, access, and security
Information is retained only as needed for project communication, compliance, and system administration, with access limited to relevant personnel. Temporary server files created by an upload are deleted after email transmission; retention of email and subsequent project records depends on the actual communication and project-management requirements.
Project collaboration and external services
Email, hosting, and project-collaboration systems may be involved in transmitting or storing information. If information must be shared with an owner, EPC, design institute, or another project party, the scope should be agreed according to project responsibilities and the parties’ arrangements.
Access, correction, or deletion requests
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information submitted through the website, email plum@plummembranes.com and provide the company, email address, and approximate submission date needed to locate the inquiry.
